What You’ll Do (High Level)

Lead personalized one-on-one and small-group training sessions tailored to each client's goals and abilities
Coach clients through Strength training, assisted Stretching and Balance exercises
Inspire, motivate, and educate clients throughout their fitness journey
Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming studio atmosphere where clients feel supported and encouraged
Help maintain a clean, professional, and engaging training environment

You're a Great Fit If You:

Are passionate about helping people improve their health and Transform their quality of life

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and positive energy to every client interaction
Hold a degree in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field (preferred but not required)
